The questions contractors ask before signing on
How long does setup take?
Your site is live within 7 days of completed onboarding (Kickoff Call done, setup fee paid, intake and photos submitted; we do the technical work with you on a call or through email) or your first month after launch is free.
What's the contract length?
Month to month, no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. You're billed through your notice period. Your setup fee is due at signup. Monthly billing doesn't start until the day your site goes live, not before. If you're not happy for any reason in your first 30 days, counted from the day your site goes live, email us and we refund every monthly dollar you've paid us, to your original payment method, within 10 business days. Your setup fee paid for work that's already done and is earned at launch. If your site never goes live, everything you've paid, setup included, is refundable on request at any time. The price you join at is your price for as long as you stay on your plan. If a third party imposes a new per-account fee, for example carrier text surcharges, we pass it through at documented cost with 30 days' notice; our price stays locked.
Do I need to provide content or photos?
Just the basics: services, service area, business details. We sort every access together on the Kickoff Call, one guided 30-minute screen-share, and collect the rest through a short intake. Photos of your work are helpful but not required, we can launch with stock-but-relevant trade imagery and swap in your real photos as they come in.
What counts as a site update?
Three done-for-you edits a month are included (10 on Max), with a 2-business-day turnaround: updates to text, hours, contact info, and photos on existing pages. Additional edits are $25 each, one-time. New pages, additional services that need their own page, or full redesigns are quoted separately.
How do I track results?
On Pro, you get the monthly scoreboard: calls from your Google profile, form fills, reviews gained, and profile views. One page, dated. You also get the quarterly AI Visibility Check: dated, unedited screenshots of how ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI answer when someone asks about your trade in your area. On Max, you add call tracking with a tracked number and a dashboard, the AI Visibility Check runs monthly, and we review your scoreboard with you on a 15-minute quarterly call. We don't report on booked jobs because attribution gets murky and we don't promise outcomes.
What's The 30-Day Guarantee?
